Learn what psychological safety is, what it is not, what deflates it and what amplifies it. Practice skills and apply tools to amplify a culture where people feel safe to speak up, where respectful challenging is used as a tool to accelerates high performing and effective teams.

Norming
Co-create the foundation of effective team collaboration. Often overseen or brushed over, team norms need to be established “off-season” as the foundation, so the team can effectively perform during high season. Hone in on team values, the team’s primary task and co-create your team norms.

Explore your blind area by learning skills to thoughtfully ask for candid feedback using the SBI model and coaching techniques. Learn to respond productively designing a desired outcome. This training illuminates how our response can determine the culture on a team.

Trigger Management
In this training, you will collectively co-create a safe space to explore personal triggers that lead to challenging team dynamics, conflicts, undesired outcomes and cultures of fear and toxicity. You will do a simulation and learn skills to equip you with tools to practice emotional regulation.

Manage your Energy (and Shape Work Culture)
Become aware of your personal energy and how it shapes the culture around you. Uncover some of your key sources that boost or deflate your energy and learn how you can turn negative energy into positive energy using mindset shifts.

Create a Culture of Recognition: Listen, See, Recognize
Dive into the basic human needs of being heard, seen and recognized. Reflect on your own need to be heard, seen and recognized and which actions you drive as a leadership team to engage people in your organization. Learn to put your knowledge in your pocket, and listen to understand, not to respond.

Surface the "Elephants in the room"
This team session provides a safe space where you and your team can surface the “elephants in the room” and tackle the most undiscussable topics. It’s a powerful session that provides a process to play our mind to disillusion the big elephants, and provides tools to process challenging insights collectively.

This session is designed to surface the level of perceived psychological safety within a team or organization.
