We are a Swiss boutique firm that works with boards, executive teams, senior leaders, HR leaders, founders and investors when trust is fragile and change is hard. Founded in January 2022, working wherever our clients are.

Daniela Landherr

Daniela works with CEOs, boards and executive teams in high-stakes moments: when trust is fragile, change is complex and the room has gone quiet. She brings systems psychodynamics, leadership transformation and trust science together, and 15 years at Google, where she shaped leadership, talent and engagement, last as Head of Talent Engagement EMEA.

She is the author of “Everything Is Working. Nothing Is Moving.” (2026) and co-author, with Antoni Lacinai, of a book in progress on the gap between what leaders intend and what their teams see.
