Organization
Is your organization moving, or just looking busy?
For CEOs and HR leaders who want candor and speaking up to be part of how the whole organization works.
Sound familiar?
The engagement survey says fine. The meetings say otherwise.
Speak-up programs, silent meetings
The values say “speak up”. People watch what happens to the first person who does.

By the time a risk reaches the top, it has been softened at every level, with the best intentions.
Change that stops at the executive floor
The top team works differently. Two levels down, nothing has changed, and people stop believing it will.

Before we start
What is a Psychological Safety Journey?
A program of 12 to 20 months that builds candor into how the whole organization works, from the CEO to the leadership bench. It starts with a baseline measurement, works with leadership teams and leaders, equips HR to carry it on, and ends with the same measures as at the start.
Why is an engagement survey not enough?
Because the survey can say fine while the meetings say otherwise. People answer what feels safe to answer. We combine anonymous measures of psychological safety and trust with confidential interviews and observation in real meetings, so you see what is not being said.
Can our own HR team continue the work?
Yes. HR train-the-trainer programs and toolkits let your own people run sessions after we leave, so the change does not depend on us.
How do you price your work?
As fixed fees per phase. You decide after each phase whether to continue, so you never commit to more than you have seen work.
Do you work outside Switzerland?
Yes. With our clients we go everywhere: across Europe and to the US, in English and German.
How confidential is this?
Completely. Interviews are anonymized, and we never share what one person said with another without their consent.
How do you measure progress?
With the same measures before and after: psychological safety, trust in leadership, alignment and execution, energy and engagement.
Who does the work?
Daniela leads every engagement, with a small team of experienced facilitators and coaches from our network.
